李冠楠

李冠楠,1985年生,讲师,遗传学专业。博士后研究方向为食品营养学,当前主要从事家蚕益生菌、微生物-昆虫宿主互作和毒理学等方面研究。以家蚕为模式生物探究兼性次级共生体对宿主生长发育和营养代谢的作用机理;此外,同时研究有毒物质对家蚕肠内稳态、免疫扰动和血液循环代谢物的损害机制。以第一作者发表SCI论文10篇(其中中科院一区论文2篇,二区论文4),曾主持或参与国家级和省部级项目10项,在研校级项目1获得国家已授权发明专利1项。目前担任中文核心期刊《食品研究与开发》和《食品发酵工业》等特邀审稿人,以及《Microbiome》、《Journal of Advanced Research》、《Scientific Reports》、《BMC Genomics》、《BMC Microbiology》、《Archives of Microbiology》、《FEMS Microbiology Letters》和《Journal of Polymers and the Environment》等SCI期刊审稿人。
