邹云龙
博士,副教授(2023-至今),硕士生导师(2024-至今)。2018年博士毕业于中国农业大学 生物学院 生物化学与分子生物学专业。迄今为止,以第一作者身份在Insect Science、Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Journal of Integrative Agriculture等国际期刊发表SCI论文9篇。

研究方向:
(1)家蚕食性调控的遗传基础和分子机制解析:家蚕主要以桑叶为食,对其具有特殊的偏好,我们希望对这一现象背后的遗传基础和分子机制进行深入探索,系统挖掘参与家蚕食性调控的气味受体、味觉受体、转录因子等,并通过基因编辑创制人工饲料优异适应性的育种素材。
(2)高效基因编辑工具的开发与应用:在家蚕中,建立高效的基于核糖核蛋白复合体的CRISPR/Cas9和CRISPR/Cas12a (Cpf1) 等基因编辑系统。利用遗传修饰手段(基因编辑、转基因)解析重要基因的功能和分子机制。
